The Five-year and Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Education Program at the University of New Hampshire is awarded TEAC accreditation by the Inquiry Brief Commission of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) for a period of seven years, from May 2014 - May 2021. The accreditation does not include individual education courses that the EPP offers to P-12 educators for professional development, re-licensure, or other purposes.

The UNH Department of Education Graduate Program in Counseling has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No 4308. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The UNH Department of Education Graduate Program in Counseling is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Carolyn Eastman, Ed.S. accepted consulting positions working with Michigan Department of Education on a state wide longitudinal study on teacher perception and student achievement, and the Wisconsin Center for Education providing assistance on the opportunities to learn, the enacted curriculum, and the common core.
Carla Evans (Ph.D.) completed a summer internship with Center for Assessment in Dover, NH working on performance assessment in a competency-based education model.
Josh Evans, M.Ed. is a Project Manager for Math & Science at Heinemann Publishing, Portsmouth, NH.

Douglas J. Gagnon, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Associate with the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire.
Mark Joyce, M. Ed., Ed.D. received the Bradley F. Kidder Award presented by the New Hampshire Council for School Attorneys for excellence in school law.
Michael Jette, Ph.D., assistant superintendent of the Bedford School District has agreed to serve on Justin Bene’s dissertation committee at the University of New Hampshire.
Ryan Kaplan, Ed.S., accepted a position as the Upper School Assistant Principal at the American School in Milan, Italy.

Martha Parker-Magagna, Ph.D., is serving a second term as Project Administrator for the Governor's Task Force on STEM K-12 Education, which is charged with developing and implementing recommendations to modernize STEM secondary education in the state. The Task Force is a consortium of educators, business leaders and private citizens from throughout NH. Their initial report is available on the Governor's website.
Anna Parrill, CAGS, received the 2015 New Hampshire Elementary School Principal of the year award.

Paul Roberts, M.Ed., is in his second year as a history teacher at the Seoul International School in Seoul, South Korea.
David Ryan, CAGS, published a case study, “Careful What You Wish For”, in Leila Sadeghi & Kathe Callanans (Eds.) Leadership in Action: A Casebook for Aspiring Educational Leaders.
John Shea, CAGS, published (September & October 2015) three op/ed pieces in the Portsmouth Herald, Portsmouth, NH. He is currently the principal of the International School of Panama.
Emily Squibb (Special Education Administration Certification Program), accepted the position of assistant Professor and Special education coordinator at Hillsboro Deering Middle School.
