During Spring semester 2017 the College of Liberal Arts will host a Professional Speed Networking workshop designed to develop and foster the formation of interdisciplinary research teams at the University of New Hampshire. Investigators across all the Colleges will be invited to meet each other to discuss shared interests and possible Collaborations. Successful teams will be invited to participate in the Murkland Interdisciplinary Scholars Team (MIST) program. The Professional networking workshops are one of several mechanisms that will be used to recruit teams into the MIST program to promote interdisciplinary research at UNH. Successful teams will meet with internal and external scholarly mentors to develop ideas for proposals for subsequent external funding.
