Advising

To learn about the IA Dual Major and Minor, and for basic administrative questions, students should make an appointment, email the program staff at international.affairs@unh.edu, or stop by the office (inside the Political Science Department) in Horton Hall Rm. 312.

IA students should meet with an IA advisor once per year or more frequently as needed to plan their course of study and ensure a timely graduation.  During the plan of study appointment, an IA advisor works with each student to map out and revise a course plan to meet IA requirements (including second language and international experience), Discovery or general education requirements, and primary major requirements.  It is helpful if students have already met with the primary major advisor, but not required.

To make an appointment with IA faculty advisors, log into MyWildcat Success at my.unh.edu, choose COLA, choose International Affairs, and choose “meet with another advisor” or walk-in to posted office hours
