Summer 2017 Program: February 24, 2017
Fall 2017 Program: March 24, 2017
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and students are urged to apply as early as possible so that housing arrangements can be confirmed and so that they may make their travel plans at the lowest cost.
Students must apply for the program online through the UNH-Via Study Abroad Portal. First-time users will be asked to build a profile before they can move on to find a specific study abroad program. Once you are in the system, you should search for "Ascoli Piceno" and find the "UNH in Italy Program" (semester) or "Explorations in Nutrition and Culture" (summer). Select the program to access the online application and follow the instructions. In the online application, students will be asked to complete a UNH study abroad eligibility form, upload an unofficial transcript, obtain approval from their primary academic advisor, and provide an academic reference.
Contact email@example.com if you have any questions about the application.
You will receive an email confirmation from the COLA Center for Study Abroad once your application is complete. The program faculty director will review your application and you should receive email notification on your acceptance decision within two weeks. All accepted students must pay a non-refundable $400 program deposit within two weeks of acceptance and complete a Study Abroad Health Assessment Form. Students will meet in-person with the program faculty and the COLA Center for Study Abroad over the course of the fall semester to prepare for the program.
