Cooking with Chef Johnny Paolini
Join the UNH Italian Studies Program for a cooking demonstration by chef Johnny Paolini. He will teach us how to cook his signature dish, “Veal
Piccola” and to create a tasty Caesar Salad. The demonstration will
be followed by a live Q&A and a discussion about Italian American
food.
The event is free and open to the public.
