Stories and Voices - A Dialogue Engaging the Evolution of Gender Equity

Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - 12:40 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Hamilton Smith Hall, Room 130

What entails gender equity in our schools, institutions, and workplace?  How has the conversation evolved?

Come join students, faculty, and anyone interested in a facilitated discussion on the topic. The format is small round tables. You do not need any expertise on the subject. Participants will be guided by UNH students associated with the Civil Discourse Lab in partnership with The Paul College Rutman Fellows to share their stories and perspectives on what is needed to create and sustain an inclusive and just environment. The discussion will also examine mens' role in gender equity issues as well as issues of inclusivity for those who do not conform to gender roles. Open to the public to attend.

12:00 p.m. - A free lunch is provided to those who attend.

12:40 - 2:00 p.m. - the discussion will begin promptly and end on time for you to attend classes.
