1:1 Literacy Support Summer Pilot:
We're excited to announce that we'll be piloting our 1:1 Literacy Support Program this summer from July 9-August 3. Participants commit to meeting two times per week for four weeks to work on a literacy goal. Read some example goals here. Learners entering grades 1-12 are welcome. The cost for this pilot program is $20-25 per session. Click here to learn more and let us know that you're interested.
Summer Book->Art will have a dance theme and include instruction by Carolyn Coskren of Dance Inspirations in Concord, NH. Owner and director of Dance Inspirations for the past 20 years, Carolyn holds a BA from Plymouth State University in Theatre and Movement for Children with a minor in Dance. She is a member of Dance Masters of America, Dance Teachers Club of Boston, and Certified to Teach by Dance Masters of America.
The program meets daily from 3:30-4:30 from 7/16-7/20. At each meeting, we'll read a book (with some phonics, word-word, and phonological awareness built in), and we'll have a dance class that pairs with the book. We'll end the week with a performance for family and friends at 4:30 on Friday, 7/20.
Ages: 3-5 years old
