Performing Arts Days
Performing Arts Day is an excellent way for students to visit our program and experience life as a wildcat in a low pressure environment. PAD is a class field trip experience where students pick from a list of workshops with UNH Theatre & Dance Faculty and Students. Students will also get a chance to tour the university and eat in our award-winning dining halls.
This is a great experience for drama clubs, theatre classes, school acting groups, and more... Teachers and Leaders can sign up to attend Performing Arts Day by reaching out to Jamie Clavet (email@example.com).
Cost of this field trip is only the cost to cover lunch. All workshops are free to attend.

- Reservation Contract: This contract is used For ALL on-campus field trips to the Department of Theatre & Dance. Drama Days and weekday matinees are for school groups only and offer discounts. School group reservations must be made in advance; no tickets at the door.
Box Office Procedure for School Groups
No printed tickets will be given to school groups who reserve seats. Reservation Contracts and Reservation Confirmations will be used. Seating is reserved first come-first served and is guaranteed, as seats allow, with payment, purchase order, or reservation contract. Because of fire codes and for safety of patrons, anyone attending (including teachers, bus drivers, chaperones, etc.) will need to reserve a seat. Disability parking, access, and wheelchair seating are available. When ordering seats, please let us know your needs so that our ushers can be on hand to assist with entry into accessible doorways, hallways, and elevator. Schools will be seated, as groups, toward the front of the theatre in the order of their arrival. The Theatre Lobby Box Office will be open the morning of the event from 9:00-10:30am to assist those with fully executed Reservation Contracts who still need to pay or submit Purchase Orders. Since all school matinee seats are reserved in advance, no tickets will be sold at the door the morning of the event.
Ordering Reserved Seats
Phone: You may order reserved seats over the phone at 603-862-0093 (M-F, 8am-5pm) and pay via Credit Card or Purchase Order. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation.
Mail: You may mail a check with your order. If mailing a check, please mail it no later than 10 working days prior to the event for the exact amount to: PCAC Ticket Office, 30 Academic Way, Durham, NH 03824. Follow-up your order with a phone call to the Theatre & Dance Department at 603-862-0093 (M-F, 8am-5pm). You will receive a Reservation Confirmation.
Holding Seats: Those who wish to hold seats without payment will need to sign a Reservation Contract stating your intention and commitment to pay for the exact amount of seats reserved. No seats will be held until UNH receives the signed contract. Seats can only be guaranteed, if seating is available. After UNH receives your signed contract, we will sign it and the fully executed contract will be returned to you as your confirmation. If seating is full, you will be contacted. The Box Office will accept reservations without payment until 5 working days prior to the event. Reservation Contracts will hold seats up to the day of the event. Reservation Contracts may be obtained: via fax by calling 603-862-0093 (M-F, 8am-5:00pm); via email by inquiring to firstname.lastname@example.org or via website. Signed contracts are due no later than 4pm, 5 working days prior to the event, via fax to 603-862-0298. The total money stated on the contract will be due before entering the theatre via cash, credit card, check, or Purchase Order.
Purchase Orders: If you are unable to pay via cash, check, or credit card prior to the event, then we will accept your school's official Purchase Order with your Reservation Contract for the exact amount of seats. Contracts are due no later than 5 working days prior to the event. Purchase Orders are due prior to the event, before entering the theatre. You may fax your Purchase Order to 603-862-0298. Follow-up your order with a phone call to 603-862-0093 (M-F, 8am-5pm). Your Purchase order must contain: exact number of seats reserved, exact cost, event date, event title, and your schools Accounts Payable contact and billing information. UNH will send an invoice referencing the purchase order number to your school's accounts payable office. Invoice terms are: payment due in full within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 15 working days prior to the event will void the Reservation Contract; if a reservation is cancelled fewer than 15 working days before the event, schools are responsible for paying the full contracted sum. Cancellations, as a result of unexpected school and/or UNH closings (such as for weather, fire, natural disasters), will also void the contract. These legitimate cancellations will result in refunds for money transactions, or an exchange for seats at an upcoming event, if seats allow.
