The University of New Hampshire wants to highlight student success stories. One way of doing this has been through the Create Your Own Story initiative which features students who, in their own way, have strived to make the most of their time at UNH. Each of their stories are different, yet they all share a common theme – a deep desire to claim their education.
Internships are a great way to gain work experience in your field of interest before you graduate. Many internships are non-credited, non-academic experiences, intended to allow you to apply the knowledge you have gained during your academic experience. Some internships allow you to earn academic credit.
Social Justice Leadership Project
The College of Liberal Arts (COLA) offers a wide range of managed study abroad programs that are administered by the COLA Center for Study Abroad. These programs provide opportunities for UNH students from all colleges to engage with diverse cultures and to prepare themselves for a globally interconnected workplace while making progress toward degree requirements. Opportunities also are available for exchange at American universities.
