Catherine Lee is a senior program support assistant in Academic and Career Advising at Keene State College. She loves working in education and helping students find their place in college, and the world.
Jake Lamontagne is am a Research Analyst at MinebeaMitsumi Aerospace. He performs research activities for one of the largest manufacturers of aerospace bearings in the world. These activities include compiling monthly reports for 9 factories in 5 different countries, maintaining the application database, and supporting the field sales team with market research.

Kurt Murphy is an analyst for Global Relief Technologies in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, supporting clients and field personnel in their use of GRT software and databases.

Class of 2012
Nick Dowhaniuk graduated from UNH Geography in 2012, and continued on to a Master of Science in Natural Resources: Environmental Conservation at UNH. Nick is a Ph.D. candidate in medical geography at the University of Florida, where he is also earning a M.H.S. degree in environmental and global health. Paul Goodwin : is currently a project manager in real estate development. This role engages tasks including: aiding underwriting and creating feasibility studies, managing the design team and leading the entitlement process, assisting with financing, performing construction administration, as well as managing early marketing and leasing activities. Geography, and his particular interest in urban and economic aspects of geography, play an important role in understanding the key value driver for real estate investment. He furthered his education and understanding of real estate by attending graduate school. Management skills are key for this role and he was able to develop those through work experiences which didn't always relate to industry but showed an ability to work with others and make informed decisions with imperfect information.
Eric Gotthold is currently working as the Huts Field Supervisor for the Appalachian Mountain Club. He helps manage the AMC's eight backcountry huts located throughout the White Mountain National Forest. Before he took this position he worked seasonally for the AMC as well as for the United States Forest Service on districts in both Utah and New Hampshire. Eric lives in Jackson, NH.
Emma Groves is an assistant in the human resources department in the Boston office of the Environmental Defense Fund, an environmental advocacy group. She lives in Arlington, Massachusetts.
Class of 2011
Robin Bergstrom is an associate planner with Fort Point Associates, Boston, an urban planning, project permitting, and environmental consulting company. She is active in the New England chapter of the Congress for a New Urbanism. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Ryan Grochmal, a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army, returned in September 2013 from Afghanistan, where he was a second platoon leader and convoy commander. He earned a bronze star for meritorious service for his response to an improvised explosive device attack on his convoy. He is currently stationed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Newport News, Virginia.

Stephen Rivard is manager of Adams Tower West residence hall at UNH and is pursuing a master’s degree at UNH in natural resources with a focus on sustainability. He recently finished his fifth summer working at a YMCA camp in the Colorado Rockies, the last three years as an administrator.

Tim Barnum has been admitted to the Earth Science graduate program at UNH.
Darlene Dube works as a web designer and special projects coordinator for the Environmental CrossRoads Initiative at City University of New York's Advanced Science Research Center (http://asrc.cuny.edu/crossroads). She works from her home in Madbury, New Hampshire. She and her husband love to travel and have traveled in recent years throughout Europe, South America, and the Caribbean. They are looking forward to the birth of their first grandchild in November 2013.
John Foss is pursuing a joint Peace Corps/International MBA Program at Monterey Institute for International Studies in California, a graduate school of Middlebury College. The program combines an MBA education with 27 months of Peace Corps service. John will begin his Peace Corps service in Costa Rica in September 2010, then return to Monterey for a final semester of MBA work.
Justin Wilcox is a social insurance specialist in the Haverhill, Massachusetts, office of the Social Security Administration. He lives in Hampton, New Hampshire, with his wife and their two young girls. He still surfs whenever he can.
Class of 2008
Mike Anthony works for the U.S. Forest Service and is a smokejumper with the Grangeville, Idaho, Smokejumpers. He lives in Park City, Utah. He plans to return to school in 2014 to pursue a degree in nursing.
Emily Fekete has entered the Ph.D. program in geography at the University of Kansas. She completed a master's degree in geography at Kent State University in summer 2010. Her master's thesis was entitled, "Signs in Space: American Sign Language as Spatial Language and Cultural Worldview." At KU, she hopes to develop a dissertation on virtual spaces and how they are changing people's interactions with physical spaces.
David Gallant is an information technologist for HubSpot, a company that produces software for online marketing. He has worked for the company since 2009. He recently spent six month in Dublin, Ireland, helping the company open its first foreign office. His work there was featured in the Global Business Hub blog: http://www.boston.com/business/blogs/global-business-hub/2013/03 /international_a_1.html While David was in Ireland, he traveled for pleasure to London, Paris, and Rome. He lives and works in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Emily Gifford is an assistant vice president for INTL Global Currencies, a company that specializes in transferring funds to the developing world for international organizations, government agencies, NGOs, religious groups, multinational corporations, and financial institutions. Emily manages IGC's client services department in New York City. She is pursuing a graduate degree in international education from the School for International Training. She volunteers with AFS Intercultural Programs, promoting study abroad programs for young adults. She is single and lives in New York.
Lori (Costantino) Kingston is an administrative assistant for Sigma Partners, a venture capital firm in Boston, Massachusetts. She lives in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
James Lavalley has a new career as a paralegal and now works at a bankruptcy firm called Forghany Law, PC in Lawrence, MA.
Kyle Leary is a consultant and project manager for Ubisense, a company specializing in real-time location systems. He works in the company's geospatial division and focuses on the company's VeroTrack product, which helps gas utilities track leak survey operations. He lives in Denver with his girlfriend, Bethany, a fellow UNH alum. They moved there from Camden, Maine, in January 2013. They enjoy hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities and are avid watchers of independent film.
Chris Pycko is an information technologist for UNH. He lives in Farmington, New Hampshire.
Sam Schofield is program officer for institutional development at EcoLogic Development Fund in Cambridge, Massachusetts, an international organization that seeks to help rural and indigenous peoples and restore and protect tropical ecosystems in Central America and Mexico. He has worked at EcoLogic since 2010 and is responsible for obtaining grants from institutional sources to support EcoLogic’s work.
Tyler Walker continues to compete internationally as a Paralympic skier. He represented the United States at the 2014 Paralympics in Sochi, Russia, but in his first race, crashed at 65 miles an hour, lost consciousness briefly, suffered a concussion, and bruised his spine and ribs (you can see a video of his crash here, but it’s not for the faint of heart). That sidelined him for the rest of the skiing season. He also competes on the adaptive world cup circuit, and won the overall world cup title for 2013-14, ranking him as the best in the world for the year. Tyler lives in Aspen, Colorado, but is considering relocating to enter graduate school for business. You can follow Tyler’s adventures on his website.

Julia Blumenfeld is marketing communications manager for Head/Tyrolia’s Winter Sports Division. She coordinates the division’s U.S. marketing, including social media, public relations, graphic design, advertising, sponsorship, and events. She is an avid skier, cyclist, and runner, and sails competitively. In summer 2013, she completed the “Triple ByPass” road bike event, riding 125 miles in a single day, and topping three of Colorado’s major mountain passes. She lives in Boulder, Colorado.
Joseph Guerra has returned to UNH to pursue a master's degree in education at UNH-Manchester. After earning his BA, Joe worked for two international relief organizations and traveled the world as part of his work. Ann Haebler in an international travel consultant at Marathon Tours and Travel in Charlestown, Massachusetts, a company that specializes in travel for marathon runners around the world. Her job has taken her to Europe, Brazil, and South Africa. She lives in Boston.
Diana Laurenitis continues to travel and explore the world, putting her “passion for seeing the world and experiencing different cultures above all else.” She is currently living in the high desert of Utah near Capitol Reef National Park, gardening and working in restaurants. She spent two recent summers in Homer, Alaska, and has traveled extensively in Latin America. She hopes to eventually pursue a career in organic farming.
Shawn Moody is an accountant for the State of New Hampshire's Department of Safety in Concord. His work focuses on Division of Motor Vehicle accounts. Before that he was a cartographer for the state. He lives in Hudson, New Hampshire, with his wife, Jaimie, and their daughter, Abby. He is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Boston Bruins and the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. In August 2013, he embarked on an effort to lose 125 pounds by July 2014. In his first two months, he lost 41 pounds!
Catherine Trudel is an environmental scientist for the URS Corp. in Salem, New Hampshire. She conducts environmental investigations, does groundwater sampling, and serves as an asbestos lab technician. She recently completed a research project on “green” alternatives for environmental remediation. She lives in Dover, New Hampshire.
Class of 2006
Sarabeth Craig was accepted to George Washington University in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development to work toward her master's in international education. The program offers expertise in four areas, and she plans to focus on international-intercultural study and students (study abroad/student exchange programs, etc.).
Chris D'Errico is a GIS specialist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Alexandria, Virginia. He was recently accepted into the geospatial intelligence graduate program at George Mason University. He lives in Alexandria.
Jeremy Onysko is an implementation project manager with Global Relief Technologies, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Miranda Rought is a program manager for Little Kids Rock, a non-profit based in Montclair, New Jersey, that promotes music education in urban schools across the country. The organization provides free musical instruments to public schools in low-income areas in 22 cities. Miranda lives in Demarest, New Jersey.

Anna (Mallory) Clark teaches sixth grade social studies at Nute Middle School in Milton, New Hampshire. She is married to Adam Clark and they had a daughter, Adelle, in 2007. They live in Dover, New Hampshire, where they also operate Adelle’s Coffeehouse.
Miranda Miller is director of non-profit member services for Wiland Direct in Longmont, Colorado, a company that provides services to direct marketers. She works with non-profits to identify their target audiences for fundraising. She is single and lives in Boulder, Colorado. She is a fiddler in the She Said String Band, an avid snowboarder, and plays co-ed soccer. She plans to leave her job in January 2014 to travel and live overseas. Her first stop will be northern Thailand.

Andrew Daher is a project scientist for Roux Associates, an environmental consulting and management company, in southern New Jersey. He serves as project manager for a variety of environment investigation and remediation projects for clients ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies such as Exxon-Mobil down to individual homeowners. He has worked for the company since 2007. Andrew lives just outside Ocean City, New Jersey, with his wife Jessica and their young daughter Chloe. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, surfing, fishing, and camping. He and his wife like to take trips to see the rock band Phish.
Jonathan Dowling teaches geography and history at Greenland Central School in Greenland, New Hampshire. He also coaches multiple sports teams. He and his wife, Susan Lowry, live near Great Bay in Greenland.
Timothy Garceau is pursuing a Ph.D. in geography at the University of Connecticut. His research focuses on sustainable transportation, land use planning, and travel behavior. Prior to returning to school, he worked four years as a planner – one year for the Southwest Regional Planning Commission in Keene, New Hampshire, and three years for the City of Keene. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Eastern Washington University. He lives in Greenfield, Massachusetts, with his girlfriend and their daughter, Maggie.
Emily (Hinnendael) Gatti is a history teacher at Austin Preparatory School in Reading, Massachusetts. She has taught at the school since 2010 and teaches world history to ninth and tenth graders. She taught at North Quincy High School in Massachusetts for two years before that. After graduating from UNH, Emily earned a master’s degree in education from Suffolk University. She married Mario Gatti, a prosthodontist, in 2011 and they have a young daughter, Anna. They live in Boston and enjoy traveling. Young Anna visited her father’s hometown in Italy three times in her first 14 months.

Raul Bernal is a business development and marketing coordinator for KMPG, the global accounting giant. He has worked for the company since 2012 and coordinates its Global Center for Excellence in International Development. Raul earned a master’s degree in international affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in 2012 and spent a summer working at the U.S. embassy in Cairo, Egypt. He recently traveled to the Philippines to visit family and hopes to move there in the future. He lives in Washington, D.C., and is engaged to another UNH alum, Allison Power. They will be married in Lee, New Hampshire, in June 2014.
Ryan Crimmins is regional director for Workbridge Associates, a professional recruitment and placement agency. He has worked for the company since 2006 and runs its Boston technical recruiting office. He lives in Boston with his wife, who is also a UNH graduate. He enjoys travel and has now traveled to all 50 states.

Ryan Friedman is senior GIS planner at the Nashua Regional Planning Commission in Merrimack, New Hampshire. He has worked there since 2002. He lives in Nashua with his wife and two boys. He put his geographic knowledge to good use when he became a three-time Jeopardy champion on the popular television quiz show in 2006.
Jon Zito, ‘01, is a captain at American Airlines based in Washington DC as well as an Air Force reservist. He lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two sons and enjoys torturing them all with his love of geography!

Russell Manchester teaches sixth grade math at Derry Cooperative School in Derry, New Hampshire. He earned a master’s degree in elementary education from UNH in 2002. He lives in Nottingham, New Hampshire.

Jessica Proulx is a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked for Southwest since 1991. She lives in San Diego, California.

Stephen H. Curran is retired and living in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Stephen entered UNH as an older student after selling his company, an electronic manufacturer's representative, and was 62 and retired when he graduated. He has traveled extensively, considering himself "one of the lucky ones" because he has been able to experience in person many of the places and subjects he learned about in his geography classes.
Lucius F. Hallett IV is an associate professor of geography at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. His research examines the cultural geographies of food, local food activities, apple cider production, and the potential of agrotourism to improve Michigan’s economy. He earned his Ph.D. in 2007 from the University of Kansas, where his studied with Dr. James Shortridge. He has taught at Western Michigan since 2008 after spending a year at the University of Wyoming. He is married and he and his wife have two girls. They live in Kalamazoo.

Peter Hanlon is a senior research and policy analyst at Grace Communications Foundation, a non-profit that seeks to increase public awareness about the relationships between food, water, and energy. He has worked at the non-profit since 2008. Peter earned an MA in marine affairs from the University of Rhode Island in 2001. After earning his master's, he worked for the state of Rhode Island and the Massachusetts Bay National Estuary Program. He is married and lives in New York City.

Peter Scullis an associate professor of geography at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, where he recently earned tenure. He also directs a study abroad program in Uganda. After graduating from UNH, Peter earned a master of arts in geography from Michigan State University in 1996 and a Ph.D. from San Diego State University/University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002.
Sara Sattler Stewartis pursuing a master’s degree in social work at the University of Southern California. Her concentration is community organizing, planning, and administration. She lives at Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, California, where her husband, Michael Swart, is based. They have three daughters. Sara also raises dogs to serve as guide dogs for the blind and is active in the Air Force base community.

Robert Sullivan is president and chief pilot of Kestrel Aviation, an air charter company he founded in 1995 that is based in Norwood, Massachusetts. The company owns a single Piper Chieftain eight-seat twin, but is planning to expand its fleet and crew. He is single and lives in Stoughton, Massachusetts. He enjoys mountain biking, weight-lifting, and vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard.

Nancy (Catalini) Chew is an estate planning and elder law attorney with her own private practice in Harvard, Massachusetts. After graduating from UNH, she earned a law degree from Boston College. She worked as a government attorney for three years before starting her own firm. She has been married for 18 years and has two children. She lives in Ashby, Massachusetts.
Jason Dunion is a research meteorologist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Hurricane Research Division in Miami, Florida. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master of science in atmospheric and oceanic science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His current research examines how dust storms in the Sahara Desert impact hurricane intensity. He is married to Paige Chesley, a fellow UNH graduate. They have two children and recently moved back to New England. They live in Marlborough, Connecticut.
Joe Laufenberg is a pilot flying a small corporate jet for three companies in Elizabethton, Tennessee. He lives in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Dean Nadalin is a project coordinator for Charles E. Millard, Inc., Bristol, Rhode Island, which builds custom homes and renovates homes. After graduating from UNH, he worked for three years as a freelance researcher for the National Geographic Society, before returning to Rhode Island to start a family. He lives in Bristol.

Tricia Saulnier Littlejohn is a GIS Technician for Linc Energy. She lives in Anchorage, Alaska.
C. David Wickliffe is a GIS analyst for Maptech Aeronautical Data in Exeter, New Hampshire. He produces aeronautical charts for commercial aviation use. He lives in Nottingham, New Hampshire, with his wife and two sons.

William Earnshaw is a program manager for ESRI, the GIS software company. He manages the database services team in ESRI’s Washington D.C. regional office.
Class of 1989
Debbi (Roose) LeMay is a stay-at-home mom in Woodbridge, Virginia, where she is homeschooling her two daughters (and making sure they learn plenty of geography). Before that, she worked for eight years as a geospatial analyst for the Department of Defense.
Jae-ann Rock operates a sales and marketing consulting firm, Sunstream Consulting Group, based in Sanborton, New Hampshire. After completing her geography degree, she earned a master’s degree in education from UNH in 1990. She lives in Tilton, New Hampshire, with her husband, Stephen, a 1998 UNH geography graduate, and daughter Kylee. She volunteers at the New Hampshire Veterans Home and enjoys gardening, bird watching, and spending time with her family.

Ola Ringsaker is director of logistics and procurement for Smartfish AS, a biotech company based in Oslo, Norway, where he has worked since 2007. Before that, he worked for 15 years for an international metals company, Elkem, including five years in Reykjavik, Iceland. He is divorced, the father of two daughters, and lives in Oslo. He loves to spend time outdoors and competes in mountain bike and ski races.
Seth Worcester teaches and coaches sports at Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, Mass., a private boarding school for sixth through ninth graders. He is the school’s director of studies, assistant athletic director, and director of hockey. He teaches algebra after many years teaching geography. He and his wife Betsy, a UNH alum, live at the school. They have two daughters.

Valerie Gaudette Cole lives and works in Dayton, Maine, where she owns and operates Andy’s Agway and a boarding stable for horses. She is also a captionist for deaf students in area schools.

Ruth Nicholson Janjic is a marketing and managing consultant, living and working in Boulder, Colorado. After graduating from UNH, she earned an MBA in marketing and international business from the University of Washington.
Mark Sargent is a project manager at Creighton Manning, a planning and engineering firm located in Albany, New York. He has worked there since 1991. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master of science degree in transportation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1998. He is married with two children and lives in Delmar, New York.
John Swenson is vice president for loan operations for Bank of New Hampshire in Gilford. He and his wife Monica, also a UNH graduate, live in Bow, New Hampshire, and spend summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. He enjoys hiking and in August 2013 finished climbing all 48 4,000-foot peaks in New Hampshire. He also loves to travel, and read about places around the globe. He says one of his favorite parts of hiking in studying maps in preparation for a trip.
Andrea Williams owns and operates Share Your Story Marketing, a marketing consulting and copywriting company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Outside of her job, she crews for the Gundalow Co. in Portsmouth, studies in the Marine Docents Program at UNH, teaches kids at the Great Bay Discovery Center in Stratham, and enjoys cooking, sailing, and skiing. She is single and lives in Portsmouth.

Michael Andrews is operations manager for jeweler Tiffany & Co., directing operations for a branch office in Palo Alto, California. After graduating from UNH, he pursued a master of science in geomorphology at University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and then moved to California, where he worked for twenty years in menswear retail. In his spare time, he volunteers for the Boy Scouts. He lives in Hayward, California.
Robert Rizzo is an army attaché for the U.S. Army in Helsinki, Finland. He serves as military advisor to the U.S. ambassador to Finland and U.S. liaison to Finnish defense forces. After earning his BA from UNH, Robert earned a master of arts in West European studies from Indiana University in 1997.

Diane (Coleman) Edington is a laboratory assistant in the Electron Microscopy Lab at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. She lives in Mansfield, Connecticut, where she has raised three children, one of whom is a graduate student at Princeton University, another who is attending Queen’s University in Ontario, and a third who is in high school and is a lover of “all things equestrian,” like her mom.

Carol (Westwater) Ward is a seventh grade science and social studies teacher at Cawley Middle School in Hooksett, New Hampshire. After earning her bachelor’s degree from UNH, she earned a master of arts in education from Notre Dame College in 1992. She is a member of the New Hampshire Geographic Alliance and is New Hampshire’s State Geography Action Coordinator. She lives in Bow, New Hampshire.

Peter Akerman is a senior administrative assistant in the Hamel Center for Undergraduate Research at the University of New Hampshire, where he manages daily operations of the office. He has been employed at UNH since 1987 and the Hamel Center since 2004. He is married with five children and nine grandchildren. He is an avid swimmer and outdoorsmen, loves classic motorcycles, and enjoys tinkering around the house. He has lived in Dover, New Hampshire since 1985.
Gordon Berry is a manager for ICF International, an energy efficiency consultancy company in Columbia, Maryland. Before taking his current position, he worked for seventeen years at Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. and its parent, Constellation Energy. After earning his BA at UNH, he earned a master of science in geography at the University of South Carolina. He lives in Catonsville, Maryland.

Ann W. Sprague is executive director of the New Hampshire Boat Museum in Wolfeboro. She is also vice president of the Association of Historical Societies of New Hampshire and serves on the board of directors of the Greater Meredith Program, a non-profit that seeks to enhance the economic vitality, historical and cultural heritage, and beauty of the town of Meredith. She lives in Meredith.

Barbara (Frutchy) Senst operates a face-painting company, Art On Your Face (www.artonyourface.biz). After earning her BA from UNH, she earned an MBA from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in 1985. She lives in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
Gail (Carbonneau) Linehan is chief operating officer for MEG Asset Management in Londonderry, New Hampshire. After completing her geography degree, she earned an MBA from UNH in 1996. She lives in Londonderry.

Mark Ricker retired in 2011 after working for the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission for 36 years. He lives in Dover with his wife, Caroline. He enjoys travel, golf, going to the theater, and attending sporting events.

Stephen Kiley teaches English as second language at National University in San Diego, California. He earned a master of arts in education from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2007. He lives in San Diego.

Tod Frolking is a professor of geosciences at Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1984. He earned his Ph.D. in geography and soil science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He teaches courses in physical and world regional geography. His research has examined the links between soils and geomorphology, the evolution of rivers systems, and the application of soil models to tropical agricultural systems. He has been active in a local land trust and the local foods movement. He recently coauthored a book with his wife Evelyn Folking entitled Homegrown: Stories from the Farm. He lives in Granville with his wife and has two step-children and two grandchildren.

Richard Dumais is retired and living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is studying Spanish at a local community college and at an immersion school in Guatemala, where he lives with a Guatemalan family. He is married with two adult children and several grandchildren.
Wayne R. Le Clair is a physician specializing in emergency medicine at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, New Hampshire. After graduating from UNH, he earned his MD in 1977 from Dartmouth Medical School. Over the last three years, he has been active in medical missions around the world, work that has taken him to Cambodia, Kenya, Mozambique, Panama, and Amazonia. He also operates a large farm, Rocky Meadow Farm, where he raises a rare heritage breed of beef cattle from Scotland. He sells all natural, grass-finished beef directly to consumers. He has four grown children and lives in Francestown, New Hampshire.
John Gray played hockey for UNH and professionally after he graduated. He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League and played in their farm system for two years before joining the Phoenix Roadrunners of the upstart World Hockey Association. He played six seasons for three teams in the WHA, scoring 35 goals in a season three times. He was inducted in the UNH sports Hall of Fame in 1987. After his hockey career ended, he worked in the insurance industry, eventually starting his own company, the Dover, N.H.-based Richardson Group, which specialized in sports and entertainment insurance. He sold the company to Wells Fargo in 2007. He’s now retired and lives in Hampton, New Hampshire, with his wife Karen. He has four children.
Curt McCauley is a retired yacht captain in Palm Coast, Florida. After completing his geography degree, he earned a master of arts in public administration from UNH in 1974. Since 2007, he has taught marine biology to fifth graders at Marineland as part of a University of Florida outreach program.

David Hill is a professor emeritus of psychology at Millersville University in Pennsylvania and maintains a private practice in psychology in Millersville. He was an active member of Millersville’s faculty from 1986-2010, retiring as a full professor. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master’s degree in education counseling at the University of Southern Maine and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Arizona. He is married to Patricia Schroeder Hill, a UNH alum, who is a professor of chemistry at Millersville. They have two adult daughters and live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. They own a second home in Cedar City, Utah, and will move there eventually. David is an avid bicyclist and in 2010 rode his bike from Atlantic City, New Jersey, to Astoria, Oregon, to raise money for an intervention-education program for high-risk children and youth in Lancaster County.
Terrence F. Rosi is a sixth grade math and science teacher in Colebrook, New Hampshire, where he has taught since 1974.

Gary Ekdahl retired in 2007 after working for 32 years as a pilot for American Airlines. After graduating from UNH, he joined the U.S. Air Force and complete pilot training, graduating first in his class. He flew many missions during the Vietnam War and carried the last prisoner of war out of Vietnam. He was discharged from the Air Force in 1975, moved to California and became a flight instructor, then went to work as a pilot for Air California before joining American Airlines. He is married and has one daughter. He lives in Amherst, New Hampshire, and has a second home in Kauai, Hawaii. He enjoys making motorcycle trips on his BMW motorcycle and collects antique British motorcycles from the 1960s.

Otis E. Perry is semi-retired as a self-employed construction/grant manager for public housing authorities. He lives in Dover, New Hampshire, where he has been active in local government, serving 10 years on the city council and as a member of several city committees. He has been married for 36 years and has three children.
Drew Sanborn is director of publications for Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He edits Trinity’s alumni magazine and supervises preparation of other college publications. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master of arts in liberal studies from Wesleyan University. Drew lives in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
James P. Upham is planning director for the City of Bath, Maine. After graduating from UNH, he earned a master’s degree in community development from the University of Maine in 1980.

Clark T. Corson recent started a website, http://www.knowledgeoutfitting.com, designed to encourage people of all ages to become interested in the outdoors. From 1972 until 2012, he was founder and CEO of Integrated Capitol Strategies, representing clients in the beer and tobacco industries, and was executive director of Beverage Distributors of New Hampshire, a trade organization. He lives in Madbury, New Hampshire.

Tim Churchard is a Murkland lecturer in the Department of Education at UNH. He is also sports psychologist for the UNH men’s hockey and football teams. After earning his geography degree from UNH, Tim earned a master of education in counseling from Salem State College in 1972, a certificate of advanced graduate study in counseling/psychology from UNH in 1984, and a bachelor of arts in fine arts from UNH in 2008. He is married with two children and seven grandchildren.
