Partner: Lydia Reinig
To expand the theme "We Hold These Truths", this project interviews diverse stakeholders in preparation for a community conversation on climate action in our region, tentatively titled, Stories and Voices: An Interactive Dialogue Engaging Local Climate Change Resilience. In the process, we seek to centerpiece Indigenous voices, recognizing that the climate adaptations we discuss take place on the historical land of the Pennacook Abenaki People. Students in Prof. Renee Heath's Public Dialogue and Deliberation, and Prof. Lydia Reinig's Understanding Civil Discourse In Practice, will come together to generate local knowledge that is imperative to framing the community dialogue, which will be designed and facilitated by these students.
