By mail, with check or credit card, to the PCAC Ticket Office, Paul Creative Arts Center, 30 Academic Way, Durham, NH 03824.
In person at the Paul Creative Arts Center Ticket Office, Monday through Friday from 12 p.m.-5 p.m. beginning the second week of each semester (visit www.unharts.com for exact dates.) The box office is also open one hour prior to each event. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.
All sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges. Please note the curtain time for all performances.
Delivery Options
- E-Ticket: Print your ticket at home and bring with you to the performance (no charge)
- Will Call: Pick up your ticket at the Ticket Office (no charge)
- Mail: Tickets will be mailed to you ($2.00 per order)

Ticket Classifications
UNH ID Holder
- For the Department of Theatre and Dance: this rate applies to UNH faculty, staff, and students.
- Not applicable to other departments, programs, or events in PCAC unless otherwise specified.
Senior Citizens
- This rate applies to those aged 65 and older.
Youth
- For the Department of Theatre and Dance: this rate applies to children 17 and under and is applicable only to those shows for which this classification is advertised.
- Not applicable to other departments, programs, or events in PCAC unless otherwise specified.
UNH Student
- This rate applies to UNH students with a valid ID.
- For the Department of Theatre and Dance: UNH students may purchase tickets at the PCAC ticket office, Monday through Friday, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. or at the Ticket Office on the night of the performance. Student ticket holders may be asked to show valid ID on the night of the performance.
- For the Department of Music: UNH students may purchase tickets to the annual department opera at the PCAC ticket office, Monday through Friday, 12 p.m.-5 p.m., or at the Ticket Office on the night of the performance. Student ticket holders may be asked to show valid ID on the night of the performance.

Accessibility
Due to construction on campus, patrons in need of accessible parking are encouraged to email arts.tickets@unh.edu for assistance.
Accessible parking, access, restrooms, and seating are available at both theatres. When ordering tickets through the ticket office, request accessible seating and usher assistance. When ordering tickets online, choose row O for accessible seating.
The Johnson and Hennessy Theatres are equipped with an FM Assistive Listening System. Guests may request either a neck loop or headphone assistive listening device at the Johnson Theatre lobby. See an usher for assistance.
Theatre Policies
Late Arrivals: As a courtesy to those who arrive on time, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. In some cases, this may be at intermission only. Please note the curtain time for all performances.
Cameras, Recorders & Cell Phones: Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices as it is disturbing to artist(s) and audience alike.
Food & Drink: Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre.
Children and Infants: Please consider interest, attention span, and potential for disturbing other patrons before bringing along an infant or child. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket and an assigned seat (this includes babes in arms).
