SELECTING TICKETS FOR UNH FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS

Reduced rates are often available for UNH students, faculty and staff.  To ensure members of the UNH community receive these special rates, please follow the steps outlined in this document.

PURCHASE IN-PERSON: The ticket office, located in the Johnson Theatre Lobby, is open one hour prior to each event.

PAYMENT POLICY: Cash, check and VISA/MasterCard, Discover are accepted. Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

GROUP RATES: Group rates are available for select events. Registration prior to performance is required. Email arts.tickets@unh.edu for details.

MATINEES FOR SCHOOL GROUPS: Morning performances for select productions are available for school groups, home-school students, and Senior Groups. Registration prior to performance is required. Email arts.tickets@unh.edu for details.

PARKING

MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:00am-6:00pm: Weekday, daytime parking is available with paid permits is select lots.  Visit the UNH Transportation website for visitor lot locations and how to obtain a parking permit.

EVENINGS & WEEKENDS: On weekends and evenings after 6pm, public parking is available in the lots marked for faculty, staff, or commuter students. Click HERE to print/view the UNH campus parking map. Parking lots closest to PCAC are:
• Lot P (behind Parsons Hall): For GPS navigation, use 29 McDaniel Drive, Durham, NH.
• Lot B (large lot off Mill Road, between Academic Way and McDaniel Drive). For GPS navigation, use 15 Academic Way, Durham, NH.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING: There are several accessible spots on Academic Way in front of Parsons Hall, the Paul Creative Arts Center, Kingsbury Hall, and Spaulding Hall. There are also a few spots in the Kingsbury Hall Courtyard – this is a 24/7 service vehicle lot, you may only park in a marked accessible spot with a valid ADA parking permit.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF: There is a drop off area on the northwest side of the Paul Creative Arts Center right by the ADA path to the lobby.

THEATRE POLICIES

ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible parking, access, restrooms, and seating are available at both the Johnson Theater and the Hennessy Theater. When ordering tickets through the ticket office, request accessible seating and usher assistance. When ordering tickets online, choose row O for accessible seating. The Johnson and Hennessy Theaters are equipped with an FM Assistive Listening System. Guests may request either a neck loop or headphone assistive listening device at the Johnson Theater lobby. CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES & CELL PHONES: Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices as it is disturbing to artist(s) and audience alike.

CHILDREN & INFANTS: Please consider interest, attention span, and potential for disturbing other patrons before bringing along an infant or child. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket and an assigned seat (this includes babes in arms).

FOOD & DRINK: Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre.

LATE ARRIVALS: As a courtesy to those who arrive on time, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. In some cases, this may be at intermission only. Please note the curtain time for all performances.
