The Half-Written Play will present a unique theatrical experience focused on a divisive issue related to sustainability. With the play performed to the midpoint, and the actors frustrated by the dead end at which their characters have arrived, the audience will take charge in charting how the play will conclude. This performance is associated with New Frontiers in Research Fund which supports interdisciplinary international transformative programming. The Half-Written Play joins a team of projects from Canada, the UK and Germany that are exploring ways to use inter-active theatre to improve the communication of science and community decision-making related to climate change and sustainability challenges.

In a world of big hair, bright colors, and popped collars, The Wedding Singer takes us back to the wedding business of the 1980s. Based on the hit Adam Sandler movie, New Jersey’s favorite wedding singer and wannabe rockstar, Robbie Hart, is shot through the heart when his fiancée leaves him at the altar. He takes it upon himself to ruin every wedding he plays until a waitress, Julia, wins his affection. As luck would have it, Julia is engaged to a Wall Street shark, and unless Robbie can pull off the performance of a lifetime, he’ll lose the girl of his dreams forever.
