Telephone Interviewer Positions
The University of New Hampshire offers survey research services to sponsors in government, academia, business, and the non-profit sector. We conduct telephone interviews for research studies using a computer-assisted telephone interviewing system. We do not sell anything or ask for any money.
Interviewers are required to work a minimum of two, 4-hour shifts per week, with one shift on a weekend, the other on a weeknight (5pm-9pm). Work study and non-work study positions are available. Interviewers may work up to 32 hours per week. Interviewers are responsible for setting up a schedule on a week to week basis. Typical shifts are Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm, and Sundays 1pm to 5pm or 5pm to 9pm. Day hours are available on a project to project basis assuming the required minimum shifts have been fulfilled. This is a part-time position with work hours available only when the UNH Survey Center has a telephone survey project in the field.
