Mission
The COLA Committee on Equity, Inclusion and Justice is a group of faculty committed to identifying ways in which the College, and University more broadly, can foster an inclusive, diverse and academically rigorous environment for students, faculty and staff. The committee works to build coalitions across the University, promote curricular reform, expand offerings for students, and advance conversations and initiatives to prepare COLA students to be informed and responsible citizens in the global community.
