Advising & Registration

As a student, it is your responsibility to be aware of all requirements for graduation, including Major requirementsDiscovery Program Requirements (applies to those entering as first-year students in the 2010-11 Academic Year and beyond), Writing Intensive requirements, and the Foreign Language requirement. It is imperative that you work closely with your advisor to ensure that you fulfill those requirements.

Before registering for courses online through Webcat, you must schedule an appointment with your advisor to obtain your RAC number and to go over your proposed course schedule.

The Course Schedule and General Financial Aid information are available online.

An indispensable source of information is the online UNH Academic Advising Handbook, which will have the answers to almost every question you may have about course loads, add/drop procedures, registration, petitions, grading policy and guidelines, academic policy guidelines, transfer credits, and numerous common university procedures.
