AMERICAN COLLEGE THEATRE FESTIVAL
The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KC/ACTF) is an annual national competition that recognizes excellence in college theatre. UNH is a member of Region I (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) and rotates to serve as the regional host.

The Theatre & Dance Department encourages the creation of new works by sponsoring several playwriting competitions.
Cultural Stages
"Cultural Stages: The Woodward International Drama and Dance Initiative" is designed to promote a greater understanding of world cultures through drama and dance. The project is funded by Ellis Woodward, UNH Class of '74.

PERFORMANCE
The UNH Theatre and Dance Department offers a wide variety of performance opportunities. All UNH students are welcome to audition.
RESEARCH
The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program and its related international, apprentice, and other programs, has enabled hundreds of students to conduct research or work on creative projects in collaboration with faculty members.

The Department of Theatre & Dance offers The London Experience, a wonderful opportunity to learn about and visit one of the greatest cities in the world.
