THDA Pre-Registration Form: For THDA majors and minors to register for THDA courses prior to the start of the semester.
THDA Special Course Approval Form: For students wishing to register for an Independent Study, Internship, Thesis, or Capstone class.
UPPW Directing/Dramaturg Form: For students who would like to be considered for a directing or dramaturg position in the J.C. Edwards University Prize Plays Workshop.
