Amy Sierzega

Amy Sierzega (she/her) is Assistant Professor & Coordinator of Music Education at the University of New Hampshire (UNH), where she teaches courses in introduction to music teaching, general music methods, and student teaching/internship seminars. She also serves on the UNH faculty senate and advises the UNH collegiate NAfME chapter. Sierzega earned her Ph.D. in music education at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research interests include professional development, teacher beliefs, sustaining pedagogies, and trauma-informed praxis in music education.
