Many definitions of career coaching exist, but this one most accurately reflects our beliefs:
The goal [of career coaching] is to support people in making informed decisions about their career development and trajectory, as well as offer various tools that they can use—resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles—to meet those goals.1

How do I meet with a career coach?
You can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a COLA career coach on myWildcatSuccess. Follow these instructions:
- Log in to myWildcatSuccess.
- Click Schedule an Appointment.
- From the What type of appointment would you like to schedule? dropdown, select Other Support or Advising.
- From the Service dropdown, select an appointment type under the COLA Center for Career and Professional Success heading.
- From the Pick a Date dropdown, select your desired appointment date.
- Click Find Available Appointments.
- Select an appointment slot and complete the remaining steps.
