Soprano Erin M. Smith Davis enjoys a career as a voice instructor, choral music educator, and classical vocal artist and performer. She has performed as a soloist with The Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra, The Salem Philharmonic Orchestra, The Hillyer Festival Orchestra, The Merrimac Valley Philharmonic Orchestra, Symphony New Hampshire, The Concord Chorale, The Granite State Choral Society, Portsmouth Pro Musica, Chorus North Shore, The Assabet Valley Mastersingers, and more. Erin has performed leading operatic roles with companies such as Opera Providence, Mass Opera, Boston Opera Collaborative, Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre, The Bay View Music Festival, and many more. Erin has served as an Adjunct Professor of voice at Saint Anselm College and has operated a private voice studio, teaching students of all ages. She served for four seasons as a Teaching Artist through the Metropolitan Opera Guild’s Urban Voices Program. 
 
Internationally, Erin has studied and performed in Austria with the American Institute for Music Studies, and in Italy with acclaimed Swiss stage director Georges Delnon. She holds a Bachelor of Music in both Vocal Performance and Music Education from Western Michigan University, and a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Iowa where she had the opportunity to work with influential vocal pedagogue Ingo Titze. Erin is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
