Crying in the Wilderness: An Immigrant's Journey in Detention illustrates the emotional toll endured by "Antony", who sought asylum at our southern border in 2018, when our immigration policy allowed refugees to be shackled , chained and jailed for merely seeking asylum.
This powerful exhibit was made possible by the UNH Center for the Humanities, UNH Anthropology Department and Dimond Library.
The opening reception will be held September 20, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 in Dimond Library, Milne Room. Refreshments will be served. Free and open to all.
