Entering grades 6-8 The Junior Academy is a one-week camp in multiple areas of theatre. This camp teaches skills necessary to jumpstart success in theatre. Classes will focus on acting methods & styles, technical theatre basics, theatre etiquette & language, and more. The goal of the Junior Academy is to build a solid foundation in theatre and prepare students for future participation in the advanced academy and/or future theatrical productions. There will be a student showcase on July 10 at 5:00 pm which will feature selected performances or designs chosen by each student, demonstrating some of the skills acquired during this camp. Enrollment: 12-16 students.
